Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send the request to contact@hertzvitoriausa.online; it is answered within 30 days, free of charge.

How long we keep it

The only use of your data is replying to you and following that reply up. Records are deleted after 24 months. We do not sell data and we do not hand it to brokers.

• Your name and email address, when you give them so that we can answer.
• The content of your enquiry, so the answer fits it.
• Ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested — kept for security.

What we do not collect

No card details, bank credentials or payment information are collected on this site. It has no payment form.

What the site stores in your browser

Nothing beyond what the page needs to display is stored in your browser. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies set by our pages.
